Ordered some stuff that I guess was out of stock after I paid for the items. Been requesting a refund for about 2 weeks and keep getting the run around.

The call was cut off, then the machine did not connect me with customer service and hung up on me twice. Please call me at 575-551-****; it's very upsetting.

Kate said that I owed nothing; the order was never shipped. But 7th Avenue is showing up on my credit report that I owe $442. Take it off my credit report.

Resolved: How to exchange merchandise
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I ordered a shower curtain and shower hooks that my daughter didn't want.
I called. The representative was very professional and told me how to send it back.
I was totally satisfied. I called, they told me how to return the item and receive credit on my credit card.
No one came on the line to help. I continued to hold because I wanted to exchange merchandise and get something else.

- I ordered size 6 1/2 but got 7 1/2.
- They want me to pay shipping despite paying for protection.
- I'm not satisfied and would have to reorder.
I ordered a size 6 1/2, they sent a 7 1/2. They expect me to pay the shipping cost, even though I paid for a protection plan.
They messed up the order, so they should offer a free return slip.
Then, I would have to place a whole new order. I'm not satisfied with my experience with this order!

- I wait for a prepaid return label.
- They charged $22 to ship the shoes; FedEx would pay for the return, and a label is mailed since I have no printer.
No prompt for this return that is already in the system. Just waiting for a week for a prepaid label to return these horrible shoes I ordered, and they charged me $22.00 to send them to me. I was told they would pay for the return via FedEx, but I do not own a printer, so I was told they were mailing one out to me.

First time having a very poor experience with this company
After identifying all of my information, the service disconnected. I never got an answer to my question, and no one ever called me back, even though I updated my phone number and was asked for my phone number and email before continuing the call. Sometimes, chat isn't the best way to handle a customer service issue; you must literally speak to someone, speak to a live representative if possible.

- Most items arrived defective or broken.
- Items should be inspected before shipping.
- Beautiful items, but quality must improve to keep me as a customer.
Mostly everything that I had ordered came to me either defected or broken. The warehouse needs to do better by checking each item before sending these items out to customers.
Its not fair to me or other customers dealing with sending stuff back.
Its a pain in the *** or should I say annoying to customers. You have beautiful stuff, but you just have to do better if you want to keep me as a customer!
