The bed that I purchased is not a good bed I've made two payments on it. Four of the wooden slacks have already broken for someone who only weighs 120 pounds.

I place an order on Jan 31 they said that I was approved and my would be delivered in week it never happens then went I try to reach them u u get machine you guys not trying to help anyone I told that o this not not available its not in the store and hes not on stock. OK I called back again.
They tell me the same thing each time that I called so I wasnt trying to send me the merchandise at all but thank you for your service anyway cause I dont wanna help people yall trying to help people with not. I would have been a good customer I would love to be ordered from you guys.
I like what yall had and yall price range was reasonable thank you so much I tried to purchase two things from you guys thats all to let yall see how I paid my bill. Thank you.

They help me to clear my credit of this after I paid my bill off after 30 days it will be resolved but they will send a letter stated that it’s paid off it hard to get a apartment with things on your credit thank God it was done today thank the customers both were just great with assisting me.

I have tried setting up to pay on-line. Wasted an hour. Kept telling me I had invalid entries! Then I tried paying on-phone. Same issues.

Preferred solution: An apology & explanation of my bill! Why did you say I had a payment refused? And I don’t want to pay a returned check fee if I’m not in error!

Can’t get anyone to assist me & when I thought o did with chat they wanted $1 to send me to yet another screen. I just want to pay my bill & CLOSE this ridiculous account!

User's recommendation: Don't make the same mistake like I did, check your items carefully before you put in a review. I was sorry for doing that when actually they did a wonderful job.
