My online account and the intoxicated agents don't align. My online account is updated, but the agents keeping receipts must be using them as rolling papers.
They claim my online auto payment failed, but my card disputes that. This isn't the first time folks, but as soon as I pay them off, it's going to be the last.

Verified Reviewer | Lakeland, FloridaMissing parts for my cabinet, all they need to do is send them to me. I’ve tried the manufacture but no information on them!!My cabinet is laying in pieces on my floor to be put together.
I figured Country Door would reach out to me about this issue! I have dealt with them for years and have never even been late with payments.
To become a number instead of a customer is sad! Furthermore, I have $300.00 worth of lumber just laying on my floor that was meant to be my DVD cabinet, just because they can't send me the hardware to put it together.

Mailed a sofa in separate packages. Lost half of the sofa for weeks. It came with too few screws and the wrong color.

Called about the missing hardware to the cabinet, I would have liked it better if I was told to contact the manufacturer. I would have been better off other than being told I would hear something in 7 to 10 business days. For what Im paying for this cabinet I would think the hardware would be sent right out to me !

Problem with return
I have been with this company for years and never have had the experience I have had. Returned a item and still want me to pay for it.
Don't care how many times I have called I get hung up on or no one knows what to do.
Very disappointed in this company and customer service. But I will not pay for something I returned.

Order defects
I purchased a solar bird feeder and the battery compartment is missing. The coil spring is also missing. I need a new solar unit for my bird feeder bath.
Preferred solution: A new battery compartment or whole new solar
Closed out my account
Had to close my account due to cost of inflation and think its going to get worse! I feel it was a choice I had to make, I dont want to place orders not knowing if I will be able to keep my payment up to date. It has nothing to due to your inventory or your prices, its just I dont feel I can no longer take the chance of not being able to pay on time and I sure dont want that to effect my credit.

Bad product it was broke when i got it
I had to pay over 70.00 to ship the item back. They wouldn't send ne a shipping label. She couldn't speak good English so it was frustrating
So they fix my payment
My credit score has been hit 4or 5 years ago and still you guys dont want to remove that either and now you guys hit my credit and my payment was on time per your system and you guys wont remove that either. I need this taken care of or i will be calling the Better Business Bureau to take of this situation for me
