Return item and still waiting for slip

I called 3 times after my delivery explaining the item was too big and I had nowhere it would fit it my home. I called in January, February and March. Each time they were "sending me the return label ASAP" I called today again as I still haven't received the labels. I was connected to a lady that when I asked to speak to her supervisor told me she was the supervisor. She told me it has now been over 60 days so no return is possible. I'm so upset about this and will not shop with them again.

I just wanted to basically Pace my Christmas order and I was unable to I don't know if it got ordered or not so if somebody can contact me about if my order got a place or not cuz I still have my order form where I was going to mail it off or that's why I called cuz I was trying to call it in so I can get it done before Christmas I don't know

I bought a Jensen Stereo (CD/AM-FM/Turntable/dual cassette) from them in 2020. Within 2 weeks, I had to return it for another one as it was not working properly.

From then until the present day, I may have used the stereo 4 times in all. Worked fine then. Fast Forward to today, and I go to play a CD in the player. The door will not open nor will the multi cd changer move.

I'd get a DOOR ERR message on the screen. I called Seventh Avenue to discuss this and to get a replacement stereo (returning this one to them). They in no uncertain terms told me that I was out of luck since it was well past the 60-day cutoff. So I now have a $372.00 paperweight that will not play CDs.

I told them to cancel my account immediately, and that I would NEVER purchase anything from them again. (Over the past 2+ years, I have spent thousands of dollars with them) Well, they want to stiff me for $372.00 for a non-totally-functioning stereo, then I am done with them.

Period. And I will make sure I will let as many people know how poor their customer service is, especially to one who has spent so much and ALWAYS paid the monthly bill on time.

Payment issue

I opened my account to check on it and it said I had a $380 and some odd cents pending. I didn't authorize that transaction. I called Nicole in the credit Department at 1:38 PM and she contacted the credit card department and said the transaction was cancelled but if it does process anyway, I will see an immediate refund back to my account.
