I opened my account for Christmas shopping. I ordered a second time and was told I have to pay for the item I can’t use my credit.

I called and they said it was a mistake and processed the order with my credit. Next time I ordered the same thing happened. Now when I try to order, my orderes are declined even though I have more than enough credit for them.

Customer service states that I can’t use my credit anymore because I ordered to many times and I paid my bill before it was due. According to one of the customer service employees by ordering more than once and from one of their other businesses (Ginny's) and I made my payment at both places before the due date, I was behaving like a thief.
