Perks Membership Fraudulent Charge

As of now this company is no good in my eyes. They need to correct this issue now because I will definitely make it my personal business to let the whole internet know. This needs to be rectified immediately!!

I've seen others comment with this same issue. This is NOT a good look!!

Hello, Seventh Avenue is stating I have balances on other accounts. I do not have any accounts with Seventh Avenue.

I spoke with Ann Marie with Perks membership, she cancelled the membership that I did not sign up for and will refund $16.95. The person that I was speaking with in credit card services hung up on me. I would like a letter going out to the creditors stating this $18.00 is in error. I did not miss a payment, because I have not purchased anything with Seventh Avenue.

I would like this matter cleared up, please. Thank you.

Inability to speak with a live person

My debit card was stolen, the bank issued me a new card, and I am unable to speak with a person to fix the issue. Every number I call goes straight to computer assistance without being able to fix or change my info.

I accidentally set up for auto pay and I got the letter in the mail to confirm it. I do not want auto pay on this account with Seventh Avenue.
