They hug up on me . I have nothing to say I just want to know where my merchandise is or I will cancel the whole thing and not even deal with the credit card which out anymore so please let tell me what is going on with this company.

When I called to update them on shipment they (I spoke to three different people who work in lost/fraud/prevention department), are "ALL" rude and indifferent, no common sense reasoning, not the America I grew up in for sure.....
FedX attempted the delivery of the fraudulent purchased item and it was refused this morning so it can be sent back to the merchant....Seventh Avenue..
As of this morning, May 24, 2024 I went to FEDX website (My account), to see about stopping the shipment of the package I did not order and the shipper has a restriction on it so It cannot be refused or stopped. I ask them to so that several days ago before it was even processed after I got the email alert that the order had been purchased....well, I'm still not paying for it cause I did not order anything, it is a fraudulent purchase without my knowledge, besides I am almost 70 years old, I don't want a 50 inch TV... I have two tvs already, don't need that big ole tv, and I don't spend money foolishly....(I think it is a inside job, Seventh Avenue).

I have an account with Seventh Avenue that was opened about ten years ago. The account was paid off and I had not used it in about four years.
I monitor my credit file daily and on November 5th 2024 a purchase of $174 appeared along with 19 late payments. I called them and they said they would send out papers for me to file a dispute. I have spoken to three more reps since then. One of them told me that someone used my account to purchase lamps that were sent to another address in another state.
I asked them to remove this from my credit report until this is resolved. They did not. I spoke to another rep when three weeks went by and my dispute papers never showed up. They told me they were mailed that day.
I waited another week and called back. This time they said they were mailed that day. Well... the papers finally showed up and there was nothing to fill out.
They directed me to go online and fill out an online form with the Federal Trade Commission. Meanwhile, this is still on my credit report. I downloaded the form as well as going to the police station and filing a report with them. Seventh Avenue says they are going to "investigate" this..
Really? How?
They already know that this account has been hacked. I can't WAIT until this is resolved one way or another so I never had to deal with them again.

From the moment Seventh Avenues customer service rep came on the line, she was very pleased to help my every need. By the time the call ended, she had taken my mess and made it clear to understand. From start to finish she handled it professionally and her primary concern was for my satisfaction.

The orange vegan facial scrub was dry and had no smell. It smelt of dry wax.
I have the body scrub and facial cleanser with moisturizer. I love those.
- I love being able to buy now and pay the payments out over time
Preferred solution: If I can get a different facial scrub or my refund.Or the vegan body oil would be fine.

I did not order whatever this item is or have it shipped somewhere else. This is the second bill I have gotten.this was not resolved before and really get no where when talking to people about this issue.

The recording kept repeating that they didn't understand what I was saying. I was so frustrated I then tried to text and never received an answer.
User's recommendation: Forget about trying to reach customer service.
Trying to pay account in full
They sale your debt to a collector and make it hard to pay the account and ruin your credit. They couldn't handle it any longer and I am still not able to connect to pay in full.
So I suppose they won't get paid and my credit is ruined for less than $200. Very much want to settle the account.
