I have done plenty of business with your company in the past with no credit issues, but now you all deny me credit, so my rating for your company is a straight flat-out 0, because you should never deny a customer credit when they have had good standing with your company for years, and you should stop sending catalogs.

User's recommendation: watch out, Seventh Avenue don't treat their customers well if u have done business with them in the past, & u decided to stop for a while, then start back up again they will deny u.

Can't find my bill in email need to pay my bill today don't even know the billing date to pay my bill phone number that it states I can't pay my bill says I can't dial this phone number

Disgruntled customer
- Waiting on promised refund; they should have notified cancellation, credited it to balance, and I must repackage and wait for a return slip.
Still waiting to see if they are going to follow through with the promised refund.
What they should've done is notified me of the cancellation and applied the refund to the balance of the order. Now I have to go through the hassle of repackaging the merchandise, waiting for a return slip through the mail, and having Fed Ex come and pick it up.
I have been a customer of Seventh Avenue for over 15 years and I have never had this experience with them before.
Customer Service representative was professional, cordial and je took.care.fo.my.issue efficiently.
I had a great experience with Seventh Avenues customer service team. The representative I spoke with was professional and cordial from the start, and they handled my concern with real care.
They listened, understood what I needed, and resolved the issue far more quickly than I expected.
It was refreshing to speak with someone who treated me with respect and kept the entire process simple. I appreciate the support and wouldnt hesitate to reach out again if needed.

I had to skip a payment, I called them 2 days later and told them to take the payment out on the day it was spouse to be taken out 3 months later they haven't taken there payment.

I was told my order would be here by 17 of December and now there saying maybe the 23rd of December it is a Christmas gift and I order it in plenty of time please check for me and see whst you can do my order number is 7557****. Thank uou so much

I'm trying to figure out if they got my chair back and if I got a refund, as I would like to purchase another chair that I saw on your site that is nicer and costs a little bit more money. I hope that I can get the chair now that you have received the return. I also sent a check for $366, so that should cover any costs that are needed to send my new chair.

Verified Reviewer |From the beginning Ive had nothing but pure *** with this company from the agent sending my package to wrong address although told her several times while placing my order to payment not being applied to invoices not being sent to my correct address wishing caused my payments to be delayed!!! I started with Swiss, then seventh avenue and now Montgomery ward, since Ive had issues with my seventh avenue I have to put a down payment on a recent order that Ive made with Montgomery wards which I havent had to in the past!
I am done with all 3 soon as my balances are paid off! The customer service and supervisors are a JOKE! No one seems to know anything!!! Horrible companies!
Started on the phone for well over 3 hours calling back and forth and issue still isnt resolved! Please by pass these stores nothing but a headache and nightmare!!!
Preferred solution: A call and to have one of those payments removed as there system did not allow my payment to go thru which caused me a late payment and have been reported to my credit.
It was easy to sign for autopay each month so I don't forget

Return question
I need to return something from Swiss colony if possible let? It's been 30 days. Since I ordered it.
I paid my bill in full then I get bill for1146
I called about a week ago and they told me it was taken care of and not to worry about it. Then I got a bill for 11.46. Pay attention to your bills; they will cheat you.

Love the representative; she took care of all my needs. I truly thank her.
She was wonderful and understanding. I did let her know I was in the hospital, diagnosed with a mini stroke, and that's why my payments were late. I will be paying $100 on the first of the month, and then a week afterwards, I will be paying off the rest of the money. Due to being in the hospital and having a mini stroke, that's the only reason why my payments were late, and it won't happen again.
Now that I am finally home, I thank you for your understanding. God bless.
