Put a live person on the line. I have not received my order and I am getting very disillusioned either Seventh Avenue. I will not pay for something I have not received.

Call keeps dropping. I've called twice in a row. Item I ordered from the catalog is 69.99 with 5.00 shipping few. Why is total price 106.17?
Call has dropped twice I've called back both times. The order I was placing from catalog is $69.99 but the service rep said total t is $106.17. Why?

When I called to update them on shipment they (I spoke to three different people who work in lost/fraud/prevention department), are "ALL" rude and indifferent, no common sense reasoning, not the America I grew up in for sure.....
FedX attempted the delivery of the fraudulent purchased item and it was refused this morning so it can be sent back to the merchant....Seventh Avenue..
As of this morning, May 24, 2024 I went to FEDX website (My account), to see about stopping the shipment of the package I did not order and the shipper has a restriction on it so It cannot be refused or stopped. I ask them to so that several days ago before it was even processed after I got the email alert that the order had been purchased....well, I'm still not paying for it cause I did not order anything, it is a fraudulent purchase without my knowledge, besides I am almost 70 years old, I don't want a 50 inch TV... I have two tvs already, don't need that big ole tv, and I don't spend money foolishly....(I think it is a inside job, Seventh Avenue).

Charge too much interest on a shirt they sell junk customer service is terrible and they argue with you

It didn't fit. I looked for other ones, but you didn't have any. Your company needs to give your customer service a raise; they are awesome and have always been nice and polite.

I hv repeatedly called these people on & off for 3,years to get them to close my accounts & report it to the credit bureau s.
Ugh. Over & over again the assistant is very nice & yet i check my credit report & theyre still listed as open ; talking to a wall here BUT omgoodness if i missed a payment theyd find my credit report asap to report my delinquency.
I tried again today she said check report in 7 days. I hope so
Preferred solution: All my accounts with them closed on my credit reports
User's recommendation: Do not use their financing. U will spend inordinate obnoxious amounts of time trying to remive them from ur credit report. Not to mention their 30% financing is obscene & their shipping charges ridiculous when How!! Many other companies ship for FREE. Save ur money. Whatever ur going to buy here… buy it somewhere else.

My only real complaint is trying to make a payment with card and the lady asked to repeat numerous times..and she couldn't get it..after being finally transferred the next person got it right off...
